Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Awesome Keep, we value your time and well-being. To ensure smooth scheduling and respectful use of our therapists’ time, please review our cancellation and refund policy below.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • You may cancel or reschedule your session free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will be considered a late cancellation and are non-refundable.

  • If you do not show up for your session without prior notice (no-show), the session is considered forfeited and non-refundable.

Rescheduling Process

  • To reschedule, please email us at info@awesomekeep.com or contact us through our online form at least 24 hours in advance.

  • We will do our best to accommodate your preferred time slot, subject to therapist availability.

Refunds

  • Full refunds are available only for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • No refunds will be issued for:

    • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice)

    • No-shows

    • Missed sessions due to personal scheduling conflicts

  • In the rare event of a technical issue on our side or therapist unavailability, a full refund or complimentary rescheduling will be offered.
