Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Awesome Keep, we value your time and well-being. To ensure smooth scheduling and respectful use of our therapists’ time, please review our cancellation and refund policy below.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule your session free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will be considered a late cancellation and are non-refundable.
If you do not show up for your session without prior notice (no-show), the session is considered forfeited and non-refundable.
Rescheduling Process
To reschedule, please email us at info@awesomekeep.com or contact us through our online form at least 24 hours in advance.
We will do our best to accommodate your preferred time slot, subject to therapist availability.
Refunds
Full refunds are available only for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance.
No refunds will be issued for:
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice)
No-shows
Missed sessions due to personal scheduling conflicts
In the rare event of a technical issue on our side or therapist unavailability, a full refund or complimentary rescheduling will be offered.
