Your first session is a gentle introduction, a chance to talk about what brings you to therapy and what you’d like to focus on.

No referral is required. You can book directly through our website and begin with a free 30-minute consultation.

Frequency depends on your needs; weekly or bi-weekly sessions work best for most clients. We’ll adjust the schedule as you progress.

2. Online Counselling & Privacy
How secure video sessions work-
? How do online counselling sessions work?
Sessions take place through a secure video platform. You’ll receive a private link before your appointment, no downloads needed.

Yes. Sessions are protected by professional confidentiality standards and conducted through secure, encrypted platforms.

? Do you offer therapy outside Ontario?
Yes. Our online counselling services are available across Canada, making it easy to connect with a licensed therapist wherever you live.
3. Fees, Insurance & Payments

ⓘ Will my insurance or extended health benefits cover my counselling fees?
Every plan is different. Please check with your provider about coverage for seeing a Registered Clinical Counsellor.

✓ Do you offer direct billing to insurance?
Yes. We currently provide direct billing to Pacific Blue Cross, Manulife, Chambers of Commerce, and Canada Life. If you use another provider, you can submit receipts for reimbursement.
4. Scheduling, Cancellation
Rescheduling and urgent support-
↺ What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel or reschedule your session free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.

Please email info@awesomekeep.com or use our contact form at least 24 hours before your appointment. We’ll do our best to accommodate your preferred time.
